Hangar: Design and construct Type 1 hangar for MH-60S helicopters on reinforced concrete pile foundation and floor, steel frame with insulated metal wall panels, header truss roof framing, roofing system, wet-pipe sprinkler system, and supports for two 4.5 metric ton bridge cranes.
Air Traffic Control Tower: Design and build new 125' cast-in-place concrete air control tower with structural steel control tower cab and metal panel exterior skin.
Airfield Pavement Improvements: Site improvements of airfield pavement removal and replacement, markings, airfield lighting, rinse and wash rack facilities, POV parking, E2C2 and E2D aircraft, and cross taxiway, tarmac and new compass rose pavement.
